Known for a meticulous approach to operations and a strategic mindset while streamlining operations, Michelle has consistently delivered efficient and effective management solutions tailored to diverse organizational needs.
While serving as Director of Finance and on the Board of Directors for her own family business, Michelle’s ability to optimize resource allocation and implement effective financial strategies has led to significant improvements in operational efficiency and profitability. By leveraging her expertise, Michelle has successfully driven revenue growth and fostered sustainable business practices that support long-term success.
Beyond professional achievements, Michelle is deeply committed to community involvement, particularly with youth programs. Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys many hobbies that allow her a creative outlet and time with her family. Among those are quilting, camping, and hiking. Her three children and husband help maintain their urban homestead lifestyle with several animals including dogs, cats, chickens and a hedgehog named Spike.
