As an Associate Attorney at Halverson Law, PLLC, representing clients in a variety of transactional matters. Brian also assists in helping clients navigate the complex regulatory requirements faced by licensed marijuana producers, processors, and retailers.
Prior to joining Halverson Law, Brian worked as Associate In-House Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for a rapidly growing small-medium size bank, serving the Puget Sound Area. Brian’s work often focused on corporate governance, but he also assisted in a wide variety of corporate matters and transactions, and helped customers through the PPP process during the pandemic.
Brian was born and raised in Saint Petersburg, Florida, but began his migration West, stopping in Boulder, Colorado, for his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado in Boulder-Colorado, before continuing West to Salem, Oregon, for law school and business school. Brian met his wife – a Seattleite – and she brought him home with her after they graduated.
Brian enjoys hiking with his wife and friends, gaming, traveling, and finding new food spots throughout the state. A particular passion of Brian is not just watching and playing sports (Basketball, Hockey, and Football in particular) but also debating sports as he is a certified armchair analyst.
